The County Board Chair, with the advice and consent of the County Board makes appointments to the governmental bodies listed below.
The closing date for accepting applications is the Friday before the first
Committee of the Whole meeting of the month the appointment is to take place.
The County Board Chair reserves the right to change the application deadline, if
deemed necessary.

SENIOR SERVICES ADVISORY COMMITTEE
COMPOSITION: 13 Members
Term of Office: 3 Years
QUALIFICATIONS
- Each member must be a resident of Champaign County.
- Each member must be interested in senior citizens.
- More than 50% of the Committee must be composed of persons
over the age of 60.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS
The committee as a whole should be culturally
representative of the community.
