Wedding Scheduling Information
Champaign County Circuit Court judges perform marriage ceremonies at the Champaign County Courthouse Monday through Friday (except county holidays), by appointment only.
1. Obtain a marriage license from the Champaign County Clerk's Office at least one calendar day prior to the ceremony.

3. On the day of your ceremony, you must check in at 11:30 and bring the following:
You will check in at the Law Library on the 2nd floor of the courthouse.
You may bring as many guests as you'd like, but everyone in your party must pass through courthouse security to enter. Cellular phones are NOT allowed in the courthouse. Cameras are allowed for weddings only.
Please call to cancel as soon as possible if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment.
