All benefit elections remain in effect until the next open enrollment period unless you or your family member experience a qualifying event. If you experience a qualifying event, you must notify the Insurance Specialist and provide verification within 30 days of such event. Examples of a qualifying event are marriage/divorce, birth/adoption, new job, and loss of insurance (this is not an inclusive list).
